Ben Bertrand is a Belgian bass clarinetist and composer. With his instrument and countless machines, Ben creates his live sets with a hypnotic web of sounds. Listening to his music is like sitting at the sea, watching a slow motion of our crazy lives sailing by.
Ben Bertrand has toured in Europe (Rewire, Ina GRM, Cafe OTO, ...) and has released several albums on different labels including Stroom and Takuroku. His music has been broadcast on the likes of NTS, BBC, WFMU and France Musique.

Ben Bertrand is een Belgische basklarinettist en componist. Met zijn instrument en talloze machines creëert Ben zijn livesets als een hypnotiserend web van klanken. Naar zijn muziek luisteren is als aan zee zitten en in slow motion onze waanzinnige levens voorbij zien drijven.
Ben Bertrand toerde door Europa (Rewire, INA GRM, Café OTO, …) en bracht verschillende albums uit op diverse labels, waaronder Stroom en Takuroku. Zijn muziek werd uitgezonden op onder meer NTS, BBC, WFMU en France Musique.
